Product Overview


The KM-DLX low current grounding line selection device adopts the multi-CPU system of INTEL 80C 196KC microprocessor, and combines with many new technologies to collect multi-channel signals simultaneously. The acquisition system works independently and does not occupy the working time of the main CUP. It has the characteristics of fast acquisition speed and strong anti-interference ability. This product adopts the new algorithm to overcome the disadvantage of low line selection rate when the arc is grounded.

Field of application


This product can be used to select the small current system to meet the following requirements:

1. Small current system with neutral point ungrounded

2. The four largest bus system has no more than 36 circuits.

Widely used in power system substations, power plants and coal mines, iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical, cement and other large factories and mines power supply system.


Performance and characteristics

1. This product selects INTEL 80C 196KC microprocessor chip.

2. In view of the low accuracy of arc grounding judgment by other domestic small current line selection equipment, the advanced maximum increment method is adopted to judge arc grounding.

3. Three schemes can be selected for different situations.

4. Chinese characterization Output Information Section can recall the data of 8 faults by LCD and print them out by micro printer.

5. Two optional data communication interfaces are provided: RS-232 port.RS-48 port;


Conditions of use

1. use of environmental conditions

Ambient temperature: indoor -5 ºC~+40 ºC, special can achieve -40ºC ~+60ºC.

Atmospheric pressure: 80~110Kpa

Relative humidity: 90% (25 ºC),50% (40 ºC)

The use of the environment: can not be explosive dangerous media, the surrounding media can not contain corrosion and damage to the insulation of conductive media or gas, not allow the environment to fill with steam and contain more serious mold, no violent vibration source.

Installation sites: should be protected against wind, rain, sand and dust-proof facilities.

Users will need to negotiate with the company for the above environmental conditions.


2. basic working conditions

1) Minimum working voltage: 20V; minimum power frequency current: 20mA. (DL/T 872-2004, 4.5.1a).

2) Maximum capacitance current ratio: 50%; that is, the system outlet to the ground capacitance; the current of the largest and the system capacitance current ratio must be less than 50%. (4.5.1b in DL/T872-2004)

3) The total harmonic voltage distortion coefficient of single-phase grounding: 1.0%-6.0%; (DL/T 872-2004, 4.5.1d).

4) The minimum line selection must be connected to three outgoing lines, and the two capacitor current generated by the three outgoing lines must be greater than 20Ma.

5) Because the line selection device requires a minimum operating current of 20 mA, the selection of the zero-sequence CT (or three-phase CT) ratio in the system is required, that is, the total capacitive current of the system subtracts the capacitive current of the output line, and the change of the zero-sequence CT must be much greater than 20 Ma and less than 2A.

6) The total capacitive current of the system refers to the total capacitive current of all cables under the same generator (or the same main transformer). Sometimes it is not only a cable connected under a switching station, but also possibly the cable of its lower switching station.
